8.Not to condescend my loyal readers, nor to try to tell people what to do, but:

I don't see much point in emailing The Apprentice. First of all, the show has already come to an end. They have already taped all the episodes. I'm sure there is some "we're really cool and original" plan to air the last show live, where the Donald will come in, blather through pursed lips, and decide who his next employee is.

I think we all know that Donald Trump's next employee will not be Brian Mandelbaum. The show probably gets hundreds of attempted correspondences a day. Where would you even email it? the_apprentice@nbc.com?

Similarly, as each show goes on, the firee will be mocked relentlessly world-wide, on thousands of blogs, with thousands of different opinions.

And Brian will most likely be googling his name, "filing police reports" against everyone who has written about him in a negative manner.

17.Hey guys I wish we read this article before he sublet our apartment to lil boy Mandelbaum. He lied, bounced checks and told us we needed a court order to get him out after he signed a three month sublet. His girlfriend Dana also moved in to our luxury abode and they just managed to sneak out in the night, leave before the Marshall kicked their butts out. They trashed the apartment and left chewing gum on the wall, dirty underwear under the bed, and oh yeah didnt pay a penny, even after we won a judgment against him. He managed to get a credit check before the judgement hit his credit to get into another building. He is the most despicable wannabee I have ever come across and as for his girlfriend Dana Carney she is even worse. They left dirty socks and underwear all over the place, they are pigs, We had to stay in a hotel while they squatted in our apartment and played the system like a violin. He is the smallest excuse for man I have ever come across.

As far as I know, you are leaving facts out. Let me refresh your memory. You are very mature to harass me especially since you don’t even know me. Let me fill everyone in about the lies you are telling...

1) I NEVER lived at your apartment. It was not my residence. I pay rent at another "abode"
2) Brian, my short, wannabe (check your spelling) boyfriend never bounced any checks, so, as my attorney lets me know that is slander, and be sure you are going to be sued for that.
ALSO- how could he have not paid you especially if you confirmed receipt of payment. Be sure my short wannabe boyfriend or as you call him "lil boy Mandelbaum" will bring that to court. Trust me, he knows how to play the system like a violin.
3) If in fact, Brian withheld payment from you couldn't it possibly be because you shut the heat off. (Which is illegal to do in the dead of winter and it was reported to the 311 and the Housing Authority.)
Or it could be because you turned off the cable and he had to pay your remaining balance of 300 some odd dollars to turn the service back on.
Or maybe also you were trying to get the doormen to not let the contractor back up to turn the heat back on for him. Yeah, that is illegal also and the police were called on to talk to you little boy Phil.
Maybe you, Jennifer Moroney should get a life, its funny how we cant post anything about you in The Post because you ARE NOBODYS and no one cares about what you do or don't do.
Additionally, I personally, even though didn't reside there wouldn't advise anyone to rent from these people. Oh, her husbands name is Kevin Moroney, just to let you know. You can look them up at Moroneyandgill.com their no-name ad agency!

25.Well Brian took money from me and then bounced a check, so thats what he did to me. Obviously I broke it off after that. From what I hear he did the same to several others in NYC. Thats why he has moved to wherever he is. Even his family has cut him off financially because he took money from them. He is truly a con artist.

41.I am friends with one of Brian's coworkers and he told me about this blog (I assume that's what it's called). I'm a lot disturbed considering he has gone on a date with one of my friends. The only thing she told me was that he seemed arrogant (told her that he was on the appretience, talked about living in the hamptons where everyone worshiped the ground he walked on, and money this money that) and called his coworkers his children. 45.I work in the media industry out here in Chicago now...so I have met Brian a few times. From what I can tell, a lot of the stuff on this board seems to be completely false. Now, I'm not sure what happened back in NYC, but I do know that Brian has been more than respectful to all the people I know in the Chicago industry. Saying that, I would tell all of you people to make sure you have your facts straight before posting on boards like this. This all seems very immature...just think how you would feel if a bunch of people who weren't willing to identify themselves were spreading rumors about you online.

You ask how others would handle it, who knows, but my guess would be that people would do one of two things. A) They would laugh.
